Certificates of Deposit (CDs)

Atlas Bank offers Certificates of Deposit (CDs) for personal, business and IRA accounts.

A Certificates of Deposit is a fix rate time deposit. Opening a CD enables you to earn a higher interest rate than most interest bearing accounts because you agree to keep your money deposited for a specific time period. The interest rate on the money deposited is guaranteed, as long as the money remains in the bank for the time shown on the certificate. There is an interest penalty if all or part of the deposited money is withdrawn before the maturity date. CD may automatically be renewed at maturity.
